The new facility represents the next chapter in our growth story — providing enhanced capacity to support group-wide operations across 
customer service, finance, HR, data analytics, and software development. 
It is designed to foster collaboration, support hybrid working, and create an environment where talent can thrive.
This opening underscores Intervest’s role as the exclusive technology and services provider in the Howsam Capital ecosystem.

A New Beginning

It was a pleasure to meet with the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Andrew Patrick, and his team for an engaging discussion on the exciting future of UK investment in Sri Lanka. The conversation centered around Intervest’s plans for significant growth — including the creation of hundreds of new job opportunities through the continued expansion of our technology and shared services operations.
This collaborative dialogue highlighted the strong partnership between the UK and Sri Lanka, and the shared commitment to innovation, economic development, and talent cultivation.
