Email Marketing Specialist / CRM Specialist

Job Overview:

Supporting the Digital Communications Manager & Customer Engagement Manager with the creation, maintenance and reporting of Emails, SMS, WhatsApp & Direct Mail (DM) across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and edit emails using Dreamweaver & HTML
  • Create campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for both one-off weekly sends and automated lifecycle campaigns
  • Working with key business stakeholders to ensure all projects meet strict guidelines and stay compliant.
  • Reporting: Provide campaign level reports back to the business for all CRM channels including monthly costs and mailing volumes for DM
  • Working with the Brand team to ensure all email materials are in line with other channels and brand guidelines.
  • Comparing numeric and written data on proofs/direct mail samples against original data files
  • Set up direct mail variables for customer selections using FastStats
  • Accurately input purchase order requests on Sage X3 provide assistance filing invoices

About you

  • Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in marketing environment.
  • Passionate about customer experience & digital transformation in a data lead environment.
  • A working knowledge of, HTML, CSS and ampscript.
  • Great communication skills, as you’ll be working with a host of stakeholders to manage deliverables.
  • Able to work well under pressure, with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.
  • A good understanding of CRM platforms and their functionality.
  • Good time management skills.
  • An ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
